1. How do I place an order?

Browse our products, select your desired weight variant or pack size, and click Add to Cart. Proceed to checkout, choose your saved address, select your payment method (UPI QR, COD, or WhatsApp), and click place order.

2. What are the delivery charges and minimum order values?

For local orders in Vijayawada, minimum delivery order is ₹499 with express same-day/next-day dispatch. For regional orders across Andhra Pradesh, minimum order is ₹899. Detailed rates are outlined in our Shipping Policy.

3. How does the WhatsApp order feature work?

During checkout, selecting the WhatsApp Order option automatically formats your entire shopping cart, items, address, and total into a pre-filled WhatsApp message sent directly to our store manager for personalized confirmation.
